Sarah has always been fascinated by music boxes and organs of all types. When she was in Paris a few years ago, she was enchanted by a local performer playing a street organ in the market street, Rue Mouffetard. Having been a francophile since learning French at school, she decided to bring a little bit of Paris back to Australia. After much research she commissioned the building of a brand-new Orgue de Barbarie, made to a traditional design by Orgues Odin in central France.
Back at home in Adelaide, you may find Sarah playing her beautiful street organ with or without the accompaniment of Fiona and Rosy, chanteuses exceptionelles. Feel free to sing along if you know the tunes!
